Early Access Terms
What Early Access means for customers and providers using TrustLink SL.
TrustLink SL is publicly accessible, but during our Early Access period we are initially onboarding a limited number of customers and verified service providers as we prepare for a wider launch. TrustLink SL is a service marketplace operated under the proposed company name Linkora.
1. Limited Availability
During Early Access, some of the following may initially be limited:
- Service categories;
- Geographic areas;
- The number of available verified providers;
- Payment methods; and
- Platform features.
Not all categories or areas may have available providers at all times, and some features may be added, adjusted or refined during Early Access.
2. Continuous Improvement
During Early Access, TrustLink may:
- Fix bugs and technical issues;
- Improve layouts and visual design;
- Improve workflows and booking, payment and dispute processes; and
- Introduce technical improvements and new features.
3. Communication of Material Changes
Material changes affecting your legal rights or charges will be communicated appropriately. Routine improvements that do not affect your legal rights or charges may be made without separate notice.
4. Your Rights Are Not Removed
Early Access does not remove or reduce any statutory or consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Dispute Resolution Policy continue to apply throughout Early Access.
