Review & Community Guidelines

Reviews must be based on genuine experiences connected to an eligible completed booking. Only the customer associated with a completed eligible booking may review that booking.

You must not:

• Post fake reviews;
• Review your own service or booking (self-reviews);
• Post duplicate reviews for the same booking;
• Buy, sell or offer incentives for reviews;
• Manipulate ratings or reviews in any way;
• Threaten or pressure others to leave positive reviews; or
• Include unlawful, abusive, harassing or discriminatory content in reviews.

You must not, in connection with TrustLink:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other users;
• Post discriminatory or hateful content;
• Spam other users or post unsolicited commercial content;
• Make fraudulent or knowingly false claims;
• Publish another person's sensitive, private or contact information without their consent; or
• Otherwise breach these Guidelines, our Terms of Service or applicable law.

TrustLink may moderate content and reviews, including removing, hiding or declining content that breaches these Guidelines, and may take action against accounts responsible for repeated or serious breaches.

TrustLink may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Guidelines. Serious matters, including fraud or safety threats, may also be referred to the relevant authorities. Enforcement is at TrustLink's reasonable discretion and does not affect any legal rights you or TrustLink may have.
